We will arrange a convenient delivery day with you at the time of ordering.
UK Mainland delivery times are 2-3 working days (Subject to Stock).
Saturday and Bank Holiday deliveries are not available.

| IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ |

1. Thoroughly check the consignment is complete and undamaged, prior to signing the delivery note.
|
|
Do not open any packs containing flooring. If there are any visible signs that the packs have
suffered in transit, refuse to accept the delivery.
All goods are insured against loss or damage by the courier until signed for by the customer.
No claims can be made for any missing items or damage found after the delivery note has been
signed so please check all items thoroughly before signing for them !!

2. Ensure enough people are available to safely unload the goods from the vehicle.
|
|
All Flooring orders are sent via a roadside delivery service. If there are not enough people to
safely unload the vehicle, the driver may refuse to deliver, resulting in return delivery charges
being applied.

In the unlikely event of any delivery problems or if your order fails to arrive on the specified day,
please notify us as soon as possible.

If any items are damaged, refuse to accept the delivery.
If any items are missing, make a note on the delivery note exactly what items are missing.
Do not write "unchecked" on the delivery note.
